A call with JISC CETIS

Karen and I had a Skype call with Rowin Young from JISC CETIS yesterday. To be honest, we thought Rowin were going to ask us a lot of technical questions about the diaries but as it turned out, it was more a chat about the role technologies is going to play in our reporting as well as dissemination.

In our chat we mentioned the use of animated videos for staff development from the Hong Kong University’s CETL (Centre for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning). Unfortunately, the links that was on youtube were no longer available. I will email my contacts and see if I can get hold of those videos.

Karen and I both enjoyed the chat and as we mentioned in our conversations with Rowin, we appreciate all the support JISC is providing online for the project. If you would like to find out more about our Skype conversation, Rowin has written a blog post about our chat here.
