Interviewing a cross-section of staff

It has been really good getting the views and thoughts of a cross-section of staff including experienced and new lecturers, administrative colleagues and support staff involved in staff training.  The views of all those interviewed so far (and we have more to do after the Christmas break) have been open and honest.  It has become apparent that they are often generous in forgiving the less-effective areas of the tools because of the limitations of the technology and that they like the underpinning pedagogy and process involved.  Most are willing to share their opinions about how the tools could be enhanced and also how the tools could have a wider use than their original purpose (see Alice’s earlier entry here).
